User Management
tamato allows you to manage who can access your workspace and what they are allowed to do. Users are managed centrally from the Users section. tamato offers you two options in order to add users to your workspace: 1) Invite a User or 2) Add a User Manually
Option 1: Invite a User
Use Invite User if you want to quickly grant access to someone without entering all details upfront.
How it works:
Click Invite User

Enter the user’s Email address
Select a Role
Click Invite
The invited user receives an email invitation.
After accepting the invitation, the user must complete their profile by adding the required information, such as first name and last name.
This option is ideal when:
You want users to complete their own details
You are inviting multiple users quickly
You are onboarding external users or contractors
Option 2: Add a User
Use Add New User if you want to create a complete user profile yourself.
How it works:
Click Add New User

Enter the required details:
First name
Last name
Email
(Optional) Add:
Job title
Preferred language
Select a Role
Click Create
The user is created immediately and can log in using the provided email address.
This option is ideal when:
You want full control over user data
You are setting up core team members
You need to define roles and details upfront
